8-Man Coaches of Colorado

As coaches in a small-town football program, we have seen firsthand how this game does more than just teach kids how to block and tackle. It builds character, creates leaders, and brings entire communities together.

That’s why we are proud to support the All-State Foundation, a nonprofit that exists to strengthen and celebrate small-town football across Colorado and beyond.

Coach Ball has organized the game since 2019, when it was moved to Black Hawk. The All-State Foundation runs the annual Colorado 8-Man All-State Game, which gives our top seniors a final opportunity to compete, represent their schools, and be recognized for the incredible athletes and leaders they’ve become. But this foundation does even more than organize a game.

It provides:

🏈 High-tech helmets are designed to improve player safety

🎓 Grants academic scholarships to support student-athletes' futures

📚 Coaching clinics and leadership development for small-school coaches

All of this is designed with one goal: to invest in the kids and communities that make small-town football great.

We support the All-State Foundation because it reflects our beliefs about this game. It’s about more than wins and losses. It’s about allowing our players to grow, compete, and succeed on and off the field.

If you're a business, parent, alum, or high school football fan, we hope you'll consider supporting this foundation. Whether it’s sponsoring the game, contributing to scholarships, or just helping spread the word, you’re investing in something that matters.

This isn’t just about football. It’s about shaping leaders, changing lives, and crafting legacies, one small-town team at a time.
