About the All-State Foundation

The All-State Foundation is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) charity with a growing national mission: to protect players, support coaches, reward academic excellence, and strengthen small-town football programs across the country.

Built in Colorado. Growing Across America.

What began with Colorado’s 42 small-town 8-man football programs is becoming a national mission. Nearly 2,000 six-, eight-, and nine-player football programs across 26 states represent the players, coaches, schools, and communities the All-State Foundation is being built to support.

Our work began through the Colorado 8-Man All-State Football Game, where we saw firsthand what small-town football still does for young people. It provides clear standards, real responsibility, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for young athletes to grow as players, students, teammates, and leaders.

Now we are building on that experience through player-safety initiatives, academic scholarships, coach education and support, and grants for small-town football programs with limited resources.

We believe football is more than a game. In small communities across America, it remains one of the places where responsibility is real, standards are clear, and leadership is earned.
