A National Mission Requires a Strong Foundation
Nearly 2,000 six-, eight-, and nine-player football programs across 26 states represent the national community we are building to support. Project 25 is the first step toward creating the financial stability, operating systems, partnerships, and outreach needed to serve those players, coaches, programs, and small towns responsibly.
The need is national. Project 25 is where the work begins.
Our first goal is to raise $25,000 in unrestricted founding support to place the All-State Foundation on stable financial ground and begin building its national small-town football mission.
Small-town football still builds leaders.
Project 25 gives the Foundation the operating strength to support the players, coaches, programs, and communities where that work continues.
WHY PROJECT 25?
The All-State Foundation’s work began through the Colorado 8-Man All-State Football Game.
That experience showed us what small-town football still does for young people. It creates clear standards, real responsibility, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for players to grow as students, teammates, and leaders.
It also showed us how often small-town programs and coaches are expected to do more with fewer resources.
The Foundation is now building on its Colorado experience to develop a national support system for small-town football.
Before we can responsibly distribute grants, award scholarships, provide equipment, and support coaches nationally, we must first build a stable organization capable of doing that work well.
That is the purpose of Project 25.
WHAT WILL PROJECT 25 BUILD?
Project 25 will provide unrestricted support that allows the Foundation to:
ESTABLISH FINANCIAL STABILITY
Meet existing organizational obligations and create a stronger financial foundation for future growth.
MAINTAIN ESSENTIAL OPERATIONS
Support the legal, accounting, technology, website, payment-processing, and administrative systems required to operate responsibly.
BUILD THE NATIONAL PLATFORM
Connect with small-town football programs, coaches, communities, donors, and potential funding partners across the country.
DEVELOP OUR FIRST PROGRAMS
Create the procedures, partnerships, and accountability systems needed for player-safety grants, academic scholarships, coach support, and program grants.
WHY UNRESTRICTED SUPPORT?
Most donors naturally want to fund a helmet, scholarship, or grant.
Those programs matter, but a responsible organization must exist behind them.
Unrestricted support gives the Foundation the flexibility to build that organization, meet its responsibilities, and use funds where they are most needed during this development stage.
Every Project 25 contribution will help establish the foundation required to serve small-town football programs responsibly and sustainably.

Founding Partners will be recognized as the people and businesses who helped establish the national All-State Foundation, unless they prefer to remain anonymous.

A MESSAGE FROM COACH BALL
I have spent years working with small-town football players, coaches, schools, and communities.
I believe small-town football remains one of the last places where young people are given real responsibility, held to clear standards, and taught to become dependable leaders.
The Colorado All-State Game proved the value of the mission.
Project 25 is about building the organization needed to carry that mission forward.
I am not looking to talk everyone into supporting it. I am looking for the people and businesses who already understand why responsibility, standards, coaches, and small-town football still matter.
